Kindle eBooks - 3 recent ebook price drops

Kindle ebook prices change often!  Sometimes I don't mind paying a high price on a great book; other times I'd rather wait and see how the price falls - just like I did when I was waiting for hardcovers to be replaced by paperbacks! The following are a few that have recently dropped in price. I haven't read these so can't say if they are good or bad! Just reporting the prices!

From the Product Description...

"I Thought I Grew Up is a story of coming of age again. As author Michelle Churchill approached her fiftieth birthday, she found herself careening into menopause. Suddenly, she could think of nothing but men-about their legs, the hair on their bodies, how their hands would feel holding hers. She had an ever-present desire to have male contact in any way she could. So, how does a single woman living in New York City accomplish that male closeness? Michelle turned to her computer, the only thing she had a true relationship with over the last 10 years. Signing up for every on-line dating service she could find and attempting to date the entire Eastern Seaboard, Michelle tells her story through a series of dates. Penned with a sense of humor, I Thought I Grew Up will keep you laughing through the tears."

Sold by: Penguin Publishing
Genre: Historical Fiction

From the Product Description...
(New Yorker) "
Grenville’s novel, based on the true story of William Dawes, who was among the soldiers accompanying the first prisoners sent to Australia, concerns Daniel Rooke, a lonely, introverted sort whose skill as an astronomer earns him a privileged position in the first colonial mission sent to New South Wales, in 1787. Living apart from his regiment for the purpose of studying stars, Rooke befriends a young Aboriginal girl and begins to compile a vocabulary and grammar of her language. But as tensions between the two groups escalate he must choose between what he feels is right and what he considers his duty. Grenville’s thematic relentlessness can be stultifying, but the honest beauty of her story wins out"
